I have mentioned in other posts that I got over my hang-ups about my penis when I was 18 and in college. Sine then I feel comfortable being nude with family and friends.
Stopping premature ejaculation was not an issue for me. I work out with a buddy I have worked with for abot 10 years. We had known each other about 8 years before I moved to a different house and ended up joining his gym, not even knowing he worked out there. We ran into each other in the showers one day and have purposely gone at the same time whenever possible since then. He is well built and has about 4.5 flaccid with big balls. My dick is 1.5" when I start and then the shrinkage factor takes effect!!!
At home we have a hot tub in the back yard and suana inside. I go nude in both. My father-in-law is dead now, but until he dies last year, we'd sit in both nude and talk. He was well built and well hung. His sons (my wive's brothers) have both stayed with us for extended periods at different times and we have been nude together, too. They both have dicks that look like beer cans before they even get a hardon.
Our next door neighbors and us take our families and go camping each year. The other guy and I take our boys and go to the communal bath house where they have communal showers.
All I can say is that stopping premature ejaculation was awkward at first, but once you are naked in front of other people, you really do form a bond with them as was mentioned in another response.

in my younger days i hated taking group showers due to my size plus i was the only one with foreskin. when i turned 40 i started getting interested in social nudity. i checkeduot some websites and talked to people and found that body size, penis size does'nt matter. now i have a few male nude friends and we get together and just enjoy being nude together. i'm still the small one,LOL but not the only uncut one and it's great to finnally be able to go nude in front of people and not worry about what they think.
Speaking of stopping premature ejaculation, have you been reading about the nude, coed summer camps for teens 11-17? They are in FL, VA, and one other state that slips my mind to stopping premature ejaculation. Any comments from our nudists?

Pete, welcome to the site. Is stopping premature ejaculation your goal? You've already accomplished more (in respect to feeling inadequate about penis size) than most of us have. Look forward to more of your posts.
P.S. Now that you're so comfortable with group nudity, how about posting some self-pics in our gallery and stopping premature ejaculation?
