How To Prevent Premature Ejaculation
Have never had the occasion to be naked with family members, but I would find that difficult. The best way to prevent premature ejaculation is also the most fun way! I've been naked with some friends, mostly in non-sexual situations, and it was comfortable for me, but I think that depends on the circumstances for the nudity.
As for mentioning a fellow small guy's dick, I don't think that's such a hot idea, unless you're good at defending yourself. Not too many guys (especially str8 guys) are going to feel comfortable talking about their dicks, especially if they consider it smaller than average.
Like Dinky I have never been all that uncomfortable to prevent premature ejaculation. I belonged to a sports club here a while back and enjoyed both looking and letting others look at me even if I was on the smaller side compared to most. I guess I just have had the attitude that they had nothing more to do with having a large penis than I did having a smaller one so I always treated guys that openly boasted and in high school gym shower, make fun of smaller guys, like they had the problem and it was a bigger on than the size of their penis.
I enjoy being nude and at home when I am alone I usually am. My wife used to be the same way, but as she has gotten older she has gotten so much more concerned about anyone seeing her. But I managed to prevent my premature ejaculation and you can do the same. I have finally convinced her to use the hot tub naked, but she still thinks there is someone lurking in the woods just on the off chance they'll catch her. It would be a prize for them if they did....she still looks great.
Anyway, I got off track a little. If you want to prevent your premature ejaculation then follow my example. I think nudity is quite natural and should be enjoyed. It should not just be limited to the shower room....but I guess that is the only place most will experience it with others.
There is a guy that stops by where I work on rare occasions that happens to belong to the same gym I do. He did some exercises to prevent premature ejaculation and they worked. I'm fairly sure that I've been in gym shower with him before, but I didn't recognize him because I don't see him at work too often. I've pretty much gotten over being naked in the shower with other guys now, but I'm not sure I'd want him to see me naked in there now. The co-workers where I work gossip alot, so I'm not sure I'd my relatively small penises talk about. My brother-in-law was in town last week. I thought for sure he was gonna ask me to take him to the gym. I was glad he didn't because I know for sure that he tells everything he sees, and I don't think I could take the thought of him talking to my sister about my penis, although it probably wouldn't happen. Nudity around friends, co-workers, and families does make me uneasy I must admit, probably because its never really happened that often in my lifetime.
